1. Although we ensure that the right quality reaches you, on rare circumstances, exchange of product will be accepted only in case of damages, for which package opening video is mandatory.
  2. Returns and Refunds are not accepted.
  3. In case the product is out of stock after ordering, the customer will be notified immediately after they have made the payment. In case of any discrepancies, the executive will get in touch with the customer via email or phone number provided by customer while placing the order.
  4. Exchange is not possible if the book pages have been torn or damaged.
  5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for the customer.
  6. In a rare case of exchange, the product, should be in its original folding.
  7. The products must not have been used extensively.
  8. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on Discounted PRODUCTS or PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
  9. Return and exchange postage costs will be at customer’s expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Madras Native Association.
  10. No return/exchange will be done for customized, stitched, and altered products.
  11. All returns to intimated within 2 days from date of purchase.
